Configure day-specific meal plans and accommodate various guest combinations. Edits trigger automatic revisions to the inquiry. Tagged notes for the inquiry include user, date, and time stamps.

Rooming Plans

Unique algorithm generated best-fit rooming plan with option to apply manual rooming plans. Built-in validations for unassigned guests, alerts for excessive bed utilization, and display of pax-type wise bed utilization.

Automated Costing

The system calculates tariffs based on the requested meal plan in the enquiry, the default meal plan of the room, dates with compulsory dinner, and infants eligible for a free-of-charge basis. Additionally, it allows for manual rate adjustments if necessary.

Quotation Module

Generate quotes with five choices, using distinct sections to input accommodation, transfer, hotel inclusion, and general inclusion costs. Existing quotes can be duplicated and edited, and can be shared as either a PDF or a link with clients.

Ease of Operation

Reassigns guest count according to property policy, instantly generates hotel vouchers, provides real-time updates on enquiry and quotation status, and records user and date of the latest update.

Organize and Share

Setup commonly used properties, input tariff through an intuitive user interface, attach property’s tariff sheets for easy reference, and establish a shareable itinerary library accessible to all office staff.
